Bistro Vlaštovka was established in September 2014. We focus on international, vegetarian and fish cuisine. In the summer months live concerts are held at Vlaštovka Music Garden, which are a very pleasant experience with an atmosphere of  a garden party enriched by the presence of both Czech and international profound artists.

 

We believe that our bistro in the centre of Klatovy with an area of ​​550 m² with a beautiful indoor seating area and a spacious garden will be a good choice for you when looking for a place to have breakfast, lunch or an afternoon snack or just seek a haven of tranquility.

 

Every day we prepare a fresh soup and a vegetarian main course for you, on Fridays an additional fish dish for pescatarians to enjoy their lunch thoroughly. You can also choose from savory and sweet products such as quiche, quesadilla, toast, wraps or homemade cakes and other desserts. Vegans and gluten-free dieters will find their options too.

 

​You can refresh yourself with homemade lemonades, fresh drinks, wine and beer, or indulge yourself with a carefully prepared coffee and tea.

 

Our goal is an innovative vegetarian approach to cooking from fresh regional produce as well as bringing exquisite music to our home town of Klatovy for you to eat well and live great, thus getting the culture both on your plate and to your ear.
