Cookies files

In order to make our services more attractive and enable the use of specific functions, we use so-called cookies. They are small text files stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the browser session ends, i.e. after the browser is closed (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and enable your browser to be recognized on your next visit (persistent cookies). You can set your browser so that you receive information about the use of cookies and in any case you can decide whether to allow the use of files, to allow cookies only in certain cases or to prohibit the use of cookies in general. For more information in this regard, please refer to the help tab of your internet browser. If cookies are not enabled, the functionality of our website may be limited. By accepting our cookie statement, you agree to the processing of your personal data using cookies. These personal data are processed on the basis of the article. 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1 letter A) GDPR. The following information describes specific cookies.

We use Adobe Analytics, a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited (4-6 Riverwalk Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Adobe"). This service uses cookies that are stored on the device and enable the analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to Adobe servers in Ireland, anonymized and then transferred in anonymous form to servers in the USA for further processing and stored there. Adobe uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to perform other services related to website and internet usage. If required by law, or if third parties process this data on Adobe's behalf, this information may be transferred to third parties. In no case is your IP address linked to other Adobe data. You can prevent the installation of cookies using the appropriate settings in your browser. However, please note that in such a case you will have difficulties in fully using all the functions of this website. By using this website, you declare that you agree to the processing of the data collected about you in the manner described above and for the above purpose. You can stop data collection for Adobe at any time, but the effect will be delayed. Learn more about opting out at http://www.adobe.com/privacy/opt-out.html .

We also introduce the Google Analytics service, a web analysis from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics also uses cookies. The information generated by cookies when using this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Before this transfer, however, Google shortens your IP address within the member states of the European Union or other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there as an exception. On behalf of the website operator, Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to perform other services related to the use of the website and the Internet for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by using the appropriate settings in your browser. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by cookies and based on your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the following plug-ins downloadable here:_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

We also use advertising cookies from third-party providers for advertising purposes. These cookies allow us to tailor the ads that appear on your browser to you to reflect your interests based on your browsing behavior.

We use the following advertising cookies:

a) On our website we use the Facebook Pixel, a tool operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are located in the EU, by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter "Facebook"), which is used for the analysis, optimization and economic operation of the website. Using the Facebook Pixel, Facebook can also identify visitors to our website as a target group for displaying Facebook ads. Therefore, we use the Facebook Pixel to display Facebook ads published by our company only to Facebook users who have shown interest in our website. This means that we use the Facebook Pixel to make our Facebook ads relevant to the potential interest of users and not annoying. We may also use the Facebook Pixel to track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical purposes and for market research, determining whether a user has been redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion" or "user interaction"). In this case, data processing is legally based on Article 6, paragraph 1, first sentence, letter a) ONOOÚ. Facebook uses the Facebook Pixel directly when you visit our website and may place a cookie on your device. When you subsequently log in to Facebook or visit Facebook while logged in, your visit to our website will be recorded in your profile. The information collected about you is anonymous to us, so we do not obtain information about the user's identity in this way. However, Facebook stores and processes the data to enable the connection to the respective user profile. This means that user profiles can be created based on the processed data. Facebook processes data in accordance with Facebook's privacy policy. For more information about how the Facebook Pixel works and how Facebook ads are displayed, see Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy . You can opt out of the collection and use of your data by the Facebook Pixel to display Facebook ads. To configure the types of ads shown on Facebook, you can go to the page provided by Facebook and follow the instructions for setting up ads based on usage: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings . The settings are not platform dependent, i.e. that they can be used on all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices. You can also object to the use of cookies for tracking and advertising purposes: via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out overview page http://optout.networkadvertising.org and in addition through the American website http://www.aboutads.info/choices or European websites http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/ . You can manage your privacy settings via the Onsite button on our website.

We take technical measures to anonymize the data collected about you through analytical or advertising cookies. After successful pseudonymization, it is no longer possible to assign data directly to the user entering the website.

By clicking "accept" on our cookie bar, you agree to the processing of your personal data using analytical and advertising cookies for the above purposes. The processing of this personal data then takes place on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, first sentence, letter a) ONOOÚ.
